Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped within 1-3 days of placing an order online. Orders are shipped via UPS; please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Delivery is only available within the 48 contiguous states of the USA. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email of the issue. Payment: We accept Pay Pal as our method of payment. Phone orders may also be taken with a Visa or Mastercard. We do accept other forms of payment such as checks or money orders. If mailed to Grandall with your name, address, phone number, item name(s) and quantity. No C.O.D.(Cash on delivery). Deliveries Return Policy: If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, with the items ordered, we will refund 100% of your purchase price (shipping fees are non-refundable.) Please contact us to receive a return call tag. We will have UPS pick up the items and will refund your money to your Pay Pal account as soon as we receive the items in our warehouse. All returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being delivered. |
