Mexican-Latin people find that their needs are not filled by the average Health and Beauty Aids departments. They buy brands that they recognize and know to be good. In many cases they are not able to read the directions or instructions on the new products.

Mexican-Latins are the largest per capita users of creams, lotions, face make-up and hair goods in the United States.

Your Health and Beauty Aid sections should be re-evaluated to contain additional items that are popular with these people, or a special section should be set up to contain a complete program. People feel comfortable and are loyal when you care about their needs.
